Rebuild your body. Reconnect your energy.
A high-end, immersive Pilates and movement retreat set in the peaceful countryside of Devon, designed to help you feel strong, mobile, and fully in your body again.
This is not just a retreat where you “relax and stretch.”
This is where you upgrade how your body actually works.
Blending Pilates, functional mobility, fascia training, and intelligent movement, this experience is built for people who want to feel better, move better, and perform better—while still enjoying a premium countryside retreat environment.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, stronger, more aligned, and deeply recharged.
In the mornings, you move. Proper sessions that wake your body up and challenge it in the right way. You’ll feel the work, but it won’t drain you—it builds you.
In this Pilates Retreat in Uk there’s a strong focus on quality. How you move matters more than how much you do. You’ll understand what your body has been missing and how to fix it.
Afternoons are more open. You can slow down, recover, spend time in nature, walk through the countryside or near the coast, or just enjoy the space. This part is just as important. The changes don’t happen only during the sessions—they happen when your body has time to absorb them.
Later in the day, things become softer. Lighter movement, deeper stretches, or breathwork to reset your system. It’s where everything integrates.
There’s a natural balance throughout the retreat: effort, release, recovery.
That’s why it works.
Most retreats focus on how you feel in the moment.
This Pilates Retreat in Uk focuses on how your body actually functions.
You’re not just stretching or switching off—you’re learning how to move in a way that carries over into your everyday life. The goal is for you not to leave and go back to the same patterns.
The combination of Pilates, mobility, fascia work, and flow creates something that’s both practical and effective. It’s not random, and it’s not overly complicated—it just works.
At the same time, the environment in Devon allows you to step out of your routine completely. You train, you recover, you reset.
And that combination is where the real shift happens.
Most retreats give you a break.
This one gives you a shift.
The difference is in the approach.
Instead of just moving or relaxing for a few days, this retreat focuses on how your body actually works—how you move, where you compensate, where you hold tension, and what’s been missing.
Everything is built with intention. The sessions are not random, and they’re not just about “feeling good in the moment.” They are designed to create real changes in strength, mobility, and body awareness that you carry with you long after the retreat ends.
This Pilates Retreat in Uk balance most people don’t realize they need until they experience it: structured work combined with proper recovery.
You’ll train in a way that challenges your body, but you’ll also give it the space to release, reset, and integrate. That’s where the real progress happens.
At the same time, you’re taken out of your normal environment. No routine, no distractions—just space to focus on yourself, your body, and how you feel.
It’s simple, but powerful.
You don’t just leave relaxed.
You leave different—moving better, feeling lighter, and more connected to your body than you have in a long time.
I am Walter Masaracchio, a movement coach specializing in Pilates, mobility, and functional training, with a background in personal training, yoga, calisthenics, and bodyweight strength.
Over the years, I’ve worked with people who wanted not only to become stronger, but to feel better in their bodies, more mobile, more balanced, and more in control of how they move. This led me to go beyond traditional training methods and focus on how the body actually functions as a system.
My approach combines Pilates with mobility work, fascia training, functional movement, and elements of yoga. Together, these methods help improve strength, release tension, and restore natural movement patterns, so the body feels lighter, more efficient, and easier to live in.
Rather than just training harder, the focus is on training smarter, understanding where the body is restricted, where it compensates, and how to bring it back into balance.
Because I grew up in Italy, I have a natural connection to the Mediterranean lifestyle and its slower, more grounded rhythm. That influence carries into the way I design retreats.
The goal is to create an environment where you can step away from your routine, focus on your body, and actually feel the changes, through structured sessions and space to recover and reset.
